How can I book Fabre Studios?

To book with us, fill out the form on our contact page or call us at 312-702-1971 Ext 3  where we will ask you to  provide your shoot date, time range, number of people on set, preferred content delivery (email or hard drive), project details, set and package selections, any add-ons, and additional info for our team.

Once confirmed, we'll send an agreement for you to review and sign. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 72 hours before your session (full payment is also welcome). For multiple sessions, each requires a deposit, or we can set up a monthly payment schedule. We can discuss your needs over a call or by email to tailor the agreement perfectly. Let us know if you have questions—we’re excited to work with you!

Can I customize the set for my shoot?

Yes! We offer options for set customization, including set-building services starting at ____ for large-scale designs.

Alternative Options: If you prefer a simpler setup, we can modify our open floor space or provide a white wall backdrop with customizable furniture and lighting. These options help reduce costs and still allow for a personalized shoot experience.

Can I upgrade to the Sony Cinema Line up?

Absolutely! For those looking to elevate their project and production quality, we offer an upgrade to our Netflix-approved cameras: the Sony FX6, FX3, and FX30.

Do you offer equipment and operators?

Included Services: Our standard package includes film equipment, lighting, audio, a production technician, an audio handler, and real-time live switching. Our Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 Setup. Ask about upgrading to our Sony Cinema Line up.

Specialized Equipment: For projects requiring specific gear, please let us know, and we can discuss upgrades or rental options or additional operator needs.

What if I need post-production editing?

Editing Services: Fabre Studios offers post-production editing as an add-on. Our team can handle sound effects, music integration, visual effects, and custom references (like photo and video inserts).

Editing Fees: Post-production editing is billed separately, based on the scope of work needed for your project.

What is included in a standard booking?

Multi-Cam Package: Our standard booking includes access to one of our professionally design sets, a production technician our multi-camera setup, high-quality audio recording, lighting and a real-time live switching feature. Our Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 Setup. Ask about upgrading to our Sony Cinema Line up.

Add-Ons: You may add post-production editing, custom lighting, additional and upgraded equipment, or set building for an extra fee. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll tailor a package that suits your vision.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Fabre Studios, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

72 hours or less: Cancellations within 72 hours of your booking are non-refundable.

4-7 days: Cancellations within this window will forfeit the deposit, but rescheduling is allowed with a 10% fee.

More than 7 days: Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge, with a full deposit refund if you cancel.

What is real-time switching?

Real-time switching at Fabre Studios allows seamless camera angle changes during live recording, managed by our control room team. Perfect for podcasts, interviews, and live shows, this technique creates dynamic footage and minimizes post-production, giving clients high-quality, ready-to-use content right after recording.

What types of projects can Fabre Studios accommodate?

Versatile Space: Fabre Studios is designed for a variety of media projects, including podcasts, interviews, commercial shoots, livestreams, and creative media productions. Whether you need a simple setup or a multi-camera production, our team can adapt the space to meet your needs.

How far in advance should I book?

Advance Booking Recommended: To ensure your preferred time and date, we recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance. This is especially important for large productions or custom set builds, which may require additional preparation time.

Last-Minute Bookings: For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly to check availability. We will do our best to accommodate, but availability may be limited.
